1. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Hospital AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our software solely for your internal business purposes related to clinical AI governance.
2. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the source code.
- Use the platform to validate AI models intended for malicious use.
- Share login credentials with unauthorized personnel.
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the software.
3. Clinical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Hospital AI is a governance and monitoring tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The platform is designed to assist healthcare professionals in managing AI systems, but the ultimate responsibility for patient care resides with the treating provider.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hospital AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
